The BladeValve is fitted to the base flange or the base flange adaptor with ten 50mm stainless steel M12 bolts, twenty-two stainless steel M12 washers and twelve stainless steel M12 nuts.  These fasteners are supplied in the base flange kit (72599) and the adaptor kits (P/N 84357 and P/N 85358).

1. Remove any debris and dry both sides of the rubber seal.
2. Line the BladeValve up using the locating bolts and associated holes in the base flange or base flange adaptor.  The gearbox end of the BladeValve should be pointing down the bay.
3. Secure the BladeValve using the bolts, nuts, and washers provided. Torque to 40Nm (30 ft.lb).
