# Spare Parts

# Regular Maintenance

- Ensure the device is cycled on a regular basis to ensure the actuation components remain lubricated.
- Clear any debris from moving components.

# Reassembling the Motor Gearbox Assembly

> ℹ️ **Note**  
> ℹ️ If you are replacing an iMotor PCB rev.14 with rev.15, you must replace the plastic screws securing the PCB with steel screws (p/n 77259).

If you remove the motor gearbox assembly you must follow these steps during reassembly. This will ensure that the housing is correctly sealed.

- Inspect the original gasket.
  - If the original rubber gasket is significantly deformed it should be replaced.
- Replace the desiccant packages.

> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ Replace the desiccant packages immediately prior to replacing the motor gearbox assembly

- Using the original bolts, apply Loctite 243 to the threads of the bolts and re-fasten the assembly. Tighten the bolts to 17.13 Nm.
