> ℹ️ Installations that fall outside of the tolerances below may not seal correctly and could cause damage to rubber or equipment.

- For any square (culvert) door kit, the concrete flatness should not deviate +/-5mm
(+/-0.20in) from the grade of the side wall
- For any square (culvert) door kit, the vertical frame angle should not deviate more than 0.05º
- For any trapezoidal door kit, the concrete flatness should not deviate +/-5mm (+/-0.20in) from the grade of the batter slope
- For any framed door kit with 110° opening angle, the measurements of the existing frame should be width 1143mm (45in), height 914mm (36in) and the frame must be at least 925mm (36.5in) distance away from any downstream pipe headwall
- For any door kit, the actuation top beam should remain flat within +5, -0mm (+0.20, -0in)
- For any door kit, the horizontal frame angle should not deviate more than 0.05º

Preparation may be required to ensure installations comply to these recommended tolerances.
