> ℹ️ The set of drivers available depends on the device model and configuration. If new drivers are available they will be downloaded in the background when you are connected to the internet and will then be available to install offline.

**Step 1**

Pair with the device

**Step 2**

Go to the **Drivers** tab

**Step 3**

Tap the **Delete** button. This will delete any non-permanent drivers.

**Step 4**

Enter the device password and tap **Verify**.

**Step 5**

At the prompt, confirm that you want to delete the non-permanent drivers. Once any additional drivers have been deleted, the Add button will be enabled and you can install a new driver. 

**Step 6**

Tap the **Add** button to add a new driver.

**Step 7 **

Select the driver from the list and tap **Add.**

Once the driver has installed successfully the device will restart and you can rescan for the device and reconnect.
