Use the Mapping screen to manage devices by interacting with them on the map.

# Set your Default Map Location

- Use the :saveMapZoom:  **Save Map Zoom Settings** tool on the Mapping toolbar to save your default map location and map settings. For example, navigate to your property and save your settings so that this will be the location you return to when you open the application or reset the map.
- Use the :resetMap: **Reset Map** tool on the Mapping toolbar to return to your saved location and settings.

# View and Manage Devices on the Map

Use the Mapping screen to view and manage devices on the map. You can either select a device from the drop-down menu or select it on the map.

> ℹ️ If you select a device that doesn’t have a location, you’ll be prompted to set a location. See [Set or Change the Device Location](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCD/pages/2022342773/Device+Configuration#Set-or-Change-the-Device-Location) for details.

Note that:

- You can’t set the device location from this screen.
- You can’t associate devices with bays or channels from this screen.
