In time-based irrigation programs you create program steps and specify the start time and duration of each step. Your steps can consist of the [Simple Built-In Action Groups](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCD/pages/2036957345/Built-In+Actions+and+Events+for+Irrigation+Programs#Simple-Built-In-Action-Groups) *Irrigate Bay, Fill Channel,* and *Delay. *Depending on what devices are configured for your property you may also be able to control pumps, control gates, and other devices.
