The program steps list shows your set of program steps displayed in order of the start time. It also allows you to edit, delete, or enable and disable your program steps.

# Time-Based Program Steps List

- Click on any of the fields to edit the field details.
- Click <span style="color: #ff5630">**X**</span> **Delete** to delete a program step.
- Edit the **Occurs After **field to change the sequence of steps.
- Use the Adaptive Control option during program operation to adjust the flow rate or irrigation time for subsequent steps.

> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ If you change the step sequence or remove steps some **Occurs After **settings may be changed automatically. Check the Program Schedule Chart to make sure that the step sequence is still correct.

# Event-Based Program Steps List

The editing options are similar to those for time-based programs with the following additional options:

- **Enable and Disable** - Use these checkboxes to enable or disable individual steps.
- **Reduce Duration Based On** - This option allows you to adjust the duration of a subsequent step based on the time taken in an earlier step.
- **Edit Program Action Group** - This option allows you to open and edit the individual actions in a built-in or custom action group. Click the Edit Program Action group to open the list of actions in a popup window.
