These action groups are available in both time-based and event-based programs.

# Irrigate Bay

This action group is automatically added for any device that can supply water that is associated with a bay. It consists of the following actions:

- Open gate
- Delay
- Close gate

Note that - for any given bay - you can’t use more than one “Irrigate Bay N” action group in a single program. For example, you can’t use *Irrigate Bay 1* twice in a single program.

# Fill Channel

Fill Channel is identical to Irrigate Bay except that it applies to channels rather than to bays. See [What are Bays and Channels?](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCD/pages/2030862536) for an explanation of the differences between the two area types.

# Delay

This simple adds a delay before the following action. (This is available as a separate action in the Simple program interface but you can also specify delays in Advanced program steps.)
