For example, you can poll or trend device data from many of the FarmConnect screens. > ℹ️ Before you manage your devices in FarmConnect Portal they must first be installed, and then registered and commissioned in the FarmConnect Administrator portal. Devices are grouped by type and the details shown will depend on the device type but you will see the last-updated time and the comms status for all devices. ### Poll a Device - Poll devices to get the latest tag data. Use the :pollDevice: **Poll Device** icon wherever it appears to fetch the latest data from the device. This may take a little while. ### Trend Device Data - Use the :trendIcon: **Trend** icon wherever it appears to trend the tag data in a quick-look graph. If a tag can be modified it will have a :modifyTagIcon: **Modify Tag **icon or menu option. Click this icon to open a **Set Point **dialog.
