Use the Setup Wizard to configure your application preferences.

> ℹ️ These settings will be configured for you by default but you may want to modify the default settings.
Open the :setupWizardIcon: **Setup Wizard** from the main menu to configure the following application preferences:
| **Property** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Timezone | Pick the time zone in which your farm is located from the drop-down list. Depending which timezone you select you may be prompted to choose a different FarmConnect server.

| ##### Soil Moisture Units | Choose the default soil moisture units. The options are:
- SF - Scale Frequency which is an AquaSpy® default. You should also configure the soil type settings in the Probe Configuration tool.
- VSM - (default) Volumetric Soil Moisture (VSM) is an industry standard and can be expressed as a % or mm/100mm of soil depth.

| ##### Units of Measure | Choose whether to use Imperial or Metric units. |
| ##### Pump Time Offsets | Set the pump on and off offset times. This applies to using pumps in time-based irrigation programs. Pump time offsets configure the amount of time after the first valve in the program has opened to start the pump and the amount of time before the last valve has closed to stop the pump. If there are no valves in the program the times are applied to bay gates. |
| Water Ordering Integration | If you use one of the listed irrigation authorities for water ordering, you can select it here to add a link to their online water ordering portal to the FarmConnect home page. |
| Contact Details | Add the phone number and email address where you want alarm notifications sent.

> ℹ️ By default, these will be the same contact details that you provided for your user details, but you can change the alarm contact settings here. For example, you may want to redirect alarm notifications if you are away from home.

| Nearest Weather Station | This option is no longer used. You can select a weather station to view weather data on the [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCD/pages/2115338291](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCD/pages/2115338291) page. |
