Before making any field checks, you can use the FarmConnect Portal to make a preliminary check of battery health.

# Device Status Screen

Navigate to **Device Status** > **Radio Node Overview**. This screen shows the current status of iBee Radio Nodes and FerIT Solar Nodes.

1. **Last Updated** time.
2. Trend the voltages.

- Check the **Last Updated** time. If it is highlighted in red, then it has not been updated recently which may indicate a power supply issue. Try polling the site to get the latest voltage data. If the poll fails, you will need to check the battery voltage in the field.
- Try trending the battery and solar panel voltage data. This may indicate whether any battery voltage issues are due to the amount of charge being supplied from the solar panel, or if the battery itself is faulty.
- In the case of FerIT Solar Nodes and IBee Nodes, the nominal supply voltage is 12V.
