> ℹ️ It is possible to view the FarmConnect Knowledgebase without logging in to your Atlassian account, but you MUST log if you want to configure your watch and notification settings. If you have not logged in to the space before you may be prompted to request access before you can proceed.

You can subscribe to updates to get an email notification when pages in this space are added or changed.

# Watching Pages or Spaces

For a quick way to watch specific pages or to watch the whole space use the Watch tool. Click the :unwatch: **Watch** icon at the top right of any page for the option to watch either that page or the whole space. You will receive notifications by email when the page or space is updated. You can adjust the details of the notifications by configuring your email preferences.

> ℹ️ You can’t use this option alone for blog notifications. See the next section for how to subscribe to blogs and for adjusting your notification settings.

# Configuring Email Preferences and Blog Subscriptions

Use your email notification preferences to:

- Configure the details of how you want to be notified of changes and what changes to include.
- Include notifications about blog posts.

**Step 1**

Go to a Rubicon space and log in using your Atlassian account. If you have not logged in before you may be prompted to request log in access.

**Step 2**

Once you have logged in, access your Atlassian account settings by clicking on your profile icon at the top right of the page. Then click **Manage Account**.

**Step 3**

On your account page, click the **Email** option in the list at the top of the page. Then click the link to configure the product settings.

**Step 4**

In the list of settings, click the link to configure your **Rubicon Confluence** settings:

> ℹ️ If you don’t see any Confluence settings, go to a Rubicon Confluence page (for example, the FarmConnect Knowledgebase site) and log in with your Atlassian account.

**Step 5**

On the Confluence Settings page click the** Email** option in the left-hand menu. Click **Edit** to configure your email notifications. Click **Submit** to save any changes.

## Configure Blog Settings

There are several ways to configure blog notifications in your Email Notification settings:

- Under **General settings**, check *All blog posts*. You will be notified immediately of any new blog posts in any Rubicon space you have access to.
- Under **Daily digest**, check *New blog*. You’ll receive a daily email with any blog updates in any Rubicon space you have access to.
- Under** Real Time Updates** in the **Content I’m watching **section, check *New blog posts*. You must also use the :unwatch: **Watch** tool to watch the **whole space**. You will be notified immediately of any new blog posts in the spaces you are watching. If you use this option, consider turning off notifications for some of the other updates to avoid receiving too many notifications.
