[https://farmconnect.docs.rubiconwater.com/space/FCD/2022375454/FarmConnect+Irrigations+and+Irrigation+Programs](https://farmconnect.docs.rubiconwater.com/space/FCD/2022375454/FarmConnect+Irrigations+and+Irrigation+Programs) allow irrigators to pre-program devices to operate at certain times or under certain conditions.  These irrigation programs are created prior to the irrigation and are *synchronized* to the field devices where they will operate as required.

An irrigation program can *always* be synchronized to field devices, with the exception of when a field device has no remote communications.  Other device alarms have no impact on the synchronization of a program as:

- they may be resolved before the irrigation program starts
- they may be intermittent
- they may not impact irrigation
- they may not be current

However, this means that some device alarms *will* impact irrigation programs if not resolved prior to irrigation start time.
