# Logging In to FarmConnect

To log in, open the application in your browser and enter your login details.

# Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password: 

**Step 1**            

Tap the **Forgotten Password?** link. Enter your *Username* and select *Email* or *SMS*. You will be prompted to enter an email address or a mobile number. 

 **Step 2**            

Tap RESET PASSWORD. A new password will be generated and sent you using your chosen method.

# Logging out

To log out, tap the menu button at the top left of the screen and choose **Sign Out** from the menu.

# Getting Help

Use the Help menu to get help for FarmConnect. From the Help menu you can:

- Open the User Guide.
- Contact Rubicon Support.
- Suggest a new feature.
- Lodge a support request.

# Navigation

Use the main menu to navigate in the application. On a mobile device, tap the **Menu **button to open the menu.

The following menu options are available depending on your permissions:

| :fcSitesIcon:  [Sites](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCNF/pages/2216296449) | Opens the list of available sites in the Site List and the Site Map. |
| :AlarmsIcon: [Alarms](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCNF/pages/2217017345) | Opens the list of Alarms for all sites. You can also view the alarms for a specific site in the Site Details screen for each site. |
| :HistoryIcon: [Trends](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCNF/pages/2217050113) | Create and manage trend charts of your site data. |
| :myAccountIcon: [My Account](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCNF/pages/2217050353) | Your account details including your contact details. |
| :ChangePWIcon: Change Password | Use this option to change your password. You can also change your password from the Login screen by tapping the **Forgotten Password?** link. |
| :AboutIcon: About | View the version number and release date of this version of the FarmConnect app. |
| :HelpIcon: Help | Open the FarmConnect App Online Help. |
| :LogoutIcon: Sign Out | Log out of the FarmConnect app. |
