# Working with tags on the Site Summary Tab

The **Summary** tab displays a list of the tags at a site. Tags are arranged in related groups.

- Tap on a group header to expand or collapse the group.

> ℹ️ The tags displayed (and whether or not the tags are editable) depends on the device type.

## Tag Menu

Use the tag menu to get the latest tag values, set a tag value, or view the tag history. The options available will depend on the tag type.


# Get the latest tag values

The tag value display is automatically updated when the site bursts a new value to the database. The tag field will be highlighted briefly when an updated value is loaded.

You can also poll a single tag at any time by using the **Poll** option on the Tag Details or the poll menu option on the Site Summary tab. This gets the latest tag value from the site.

# Modify Tag Values

Select the **Set** menu option for a tag on the Site Summary screen to set the tag value. 

For a tag value, after selecting **SEND**, wait until the value changes to confirm that the value has been correctly written to the site.
