# Installation on an AWMA i-Riser

The RiserDrive mounting bracket is attached to the horizontal cross-beam at the top of the i-Riser asembly.

**Step 1**

Using the drilling template as a guide, drill two 13 mm holes in the i-riser cross beam with the actuation shaft centered between the holes.

**Step 2**

Place the hex-coupling on the bolt at the top of the actuation shaft.

**Step 3**

Using two mounting spacers, attach the RiserDrive assemble to the i-Riser cross beam. Ensure that the top of the hex-coupling fits to the base of the RiserDrive motor shaft.

**Step 4**

Fit the safety guard over the RiserDrive mounting bracket and i-Riser cross beam and fasten it to the mounting bracket with the M6x16 Hex Head screws provided.

# Installation on a Central Vic Poly Pipe and Riser

The RiserDrive mounting bracket is attached to the side of the CV Poly riser frame.

**Step 1**

Place the mounting bracket over the frame with the cutout over the hex head nut. Using the mounting bracket as a guide, drill two 13 mm holes in the CV Poly riser frame. Ensure that the top of the mounting bracket is level.

**Step 2**

Place the hex-coupling on the bolt at the top of the actuation shaft.

**Step 3**

Using two mounting spacers, attach the RiserDrive assemble to the riser frame. Ensure that the top of the hex-coupling fits to the base of the RiserDrive motor shaft.

**Step 4**

Fit the safety guard over the RiserDrive mounting bracket and riser frame and fasten it to the mounting bracket with the M6x16 Hex Head screws provided.

# RiserDrive PAI installation

**Step 1**

Remove the fasteners on the angled cover piece (1). If there is a handle on the actuation shaft, remove it. Attach the machined nut (2) to the top of the actuation shaft.

**Step 2**

Loosely connect the RiserDrive assembly (2) to the RiserDrive angle brackets (3). Do not tighten at this stage.

**Step 3**

Place the coupling (5) on the machined nut (4) on the top of the actuation shaft. Then align the coupling with the base of the RiserDrive motor shaft.

**Step 4**

Attach the RiserDrive angle brackets (3) to the angled cover piece (1) on the riser frame using the supplied fasteners. Torque the nuts to 100 Nm (75 ft/lb).

**Step 5**

Ensure that the RiserDrive assembly is level and tighten the fasteners connecting the RiserDrive assembly and the RiserDrive angle brackets. Torque the nuts to 100 Nm (75 ft/lb).

**Step 6**

Attach the safety guard (6) to the RiserDrive assembly using the supplied fasteners.

# RiserDrive NutrienAG Installation

**Step 1 **

Place the Mounting bracket (5) over the frame. Do not tighten the M10 bolts.

**Step 2 **

Place the hex-coupling (7) on the bolt at the top of the actuation shaft.

**Step 3**

Attach the RiserDrive assembly (3) to the Riser Frame. Ensure that:

- The top of the hex coupling fits to the base of the RiserDrive motor shaft.
- The RiserDrive and coupling are aligned to the NutrientAg shaft.

**Step 4** 

Tighten the M12 bolt (6) on the RiserDrive to the Mounting bracket.

**Step 5 **

Tighten the M10 bolts on the Mounting bracket.

**Step 6 **

Attach the safety guard (2) to the RiserDrive assembly with the M6 bolts and washers.

**Step 7**

# Connect the RiserDrive to the FerIT Solar Node

Fit the FerIT Solar Node to the mast and connect to the RiserDrive using the loom provided.
